1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

A tour booking is confirmed upon receipt of the initial advance deposit. The balance amount must be settled prior to trip departure or at the time of check-in, as detailed in your specific booking confirmation voucher.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ Days Prior to Travel: Full refund minus nominal administrative processing fees.
• 15 to 29 Days Prior to Travel: 50% refund of the total package value.
• Less than 14 Days Prior to Travel: Non-refundable due to pre-committed hotel and transportation arrangements.

3. Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to adhere strictly to published itineraries, unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or government regulations may require adjustments. Our tour managers will provide suitable alternatives in such situations.

4. Traveler Responsibility & Identification

All guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification (such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport) for hotel check-ins, boat permits, and flight ticketing.
